Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki channels universal life energy to help restore balance and harmony. It is a gentle, non-invasive therapy suitable for everyone.
My Story.
My journey into holistic health began with a deep curiosity about how our bodies, minds, and emotions are so closely connected. Over time, I came to realise that true wellbeing is not just the absence of illness, but the feeling of balance, vitality, and harmony within ourselves.
When conventional approaches didn’t always provide the answers, I was drawn to explore natural and gentle ways of healing. This path led me to study Homeopathy, Kinesiology, and Reiki, three therapies that opened my eyes to the incredible wisdom of the body and its ability to restore itself when given the right support.
Each step of my training strengthened my belief that healing goes far beyond treating symptoms – it’s about listening to the whole person, understanding their story, and creating the right conditions for their body and mind to thrive.
Today, my practice is built on compassion, care, and respect. I work with each client individually, tailoring sessions to their unique needs, and offering a safe and nurturing space where they can feel truly seen and supported.
What inspires me most is witnessing the change that unfolds when someone reconnects with themselves – the release of stress, the return of energy, and the quiet confidence that comes from feeling balanced again.
It’s my joy and purpose to walk alongside others on their journey to health, and to help them discover the strength and wisdom they already carry within.
